What happened to his last job?
He is at Houghton Mifflin, running an initiative that about model schools. He started there about 2 years ago.
Prior to that, he ran PDK International, which had a healthy financial reserve until Starr got there- he ran that organization into the ground, and left after spending through PDK’s funds. Starr is a guy that looks busy, but is unproductive. Mostly, he likes posting to social media.
