If you don’t like dogs, move.
If we can't enforce existing leash laws, then what's to stop me from harassing dog owners in my neighborhood who walk their dogs off leash.
If you can walk your dog off leash, which is a violation of the law, then I can follow you around yelling at you for doing it.
See what happens when your response to someone wanting to address a problematic behavior that actually impacts other people is "too bad, move"?
Society has to have rules and we all have to live by them. It's not a pick and choose situation.

How exactly did you grant yourself the authority to tell other adults what to do? Repeatedly??
I’m genuinely curious to know this. It fascinates me.

Do you understand this is an issue of public safety? Or is that unclear?
Are you high, PP? Serious question.
The 975 ARMED CARJACKINGS in DC were a public safety issue, but DC refused to even chase the armed subjects.
On the rare occasion they apprehended an armed carjacking defendant, DC let them go and dropped adult criminal charges in the vast majority of cases.
Do you understand what “issue of public safety” means in DC ??

An "emergency police call" is used for situations requiring immediate police response, like crimes in progress, life-threatening situations, or accidents with injuries, while a "non-emergency police call" is for situations that do not require immediate action, such as reporting a minor property crime that has already occurred, a lost item, or a noise complaint
