In 2028, they’ll probably nominate some trans, black, female because “it’s the right thing to do” and Trump will be elected for a third term while sitting in a dementia ward. Wake up Dems!
So how does the party bypass the sitting vice president to install a different candidate without totally alienating voters of color and women voters?

This time around, in a deep blue county in a deep blue state, my sons reported they were in the minority of their friends in voting for Harris. And their friends are mostly not white.
If Trump is winning deep blue young non-white voters, this wasn’t rigged.
I don't think it was rigged either, but it wouldn't surprise me.
But you should really educate yourself about anecdotes and data and conclusions.

No, it wasn't rigged. We're better than this. Trump won because prices were high and he stirred up fear about the border.
Yes, Trump ran on flooding the zone with fearmongering and disinfo, but I agree the results seem off. Both can be true.

Trump got far more "extra votes" than Harris in swing states, both when comparing to downticket races within the same state and when comparing to mom swing states.
Republicans had a known substantial contingent of "Never Trumpers" who vote Republican but not Trump, but Democrats who vote Democrat also supported Harris. ("Moderates" who claim to be tired of "progressives" vote Republican, not Democrat-but-not-Harris)
Where did these tightly correlated extra votes come from?
