The girls that make the higher team seem to be happy, but I think they don’t always have enough girls to feed a lower team.

And Arlington seems to keep moving kids up even at older ages from the bottom team- meaning development still happening.

Yep. Very frustrating and they do nothing but tell you it’s the players who are to blame for their “behavior”. But it’s so odd because when they have a guest coach at tournaments, they do so much better and are complimented by the coach.
