Where did you get this? Tuition is 55 k for OOS students which is cheaper than U Michigan I think.

Tuition for many programs have severe up-charges.

I applied instate way back to four state schools. I heard back at same time all 4 of them. Three no, one yes. I was happy. I can only imagine torture getting them one at a time. Seems mean.

I think your memory might be faulty. Unless your mail only came on certain days and you got everything for a week at the same time.
