That means they like you

I will never initiate, but if they request to follow me I’ll allow it and I’ll follow them back. I actually love to have a little peek into the lives of my kid’s friends. I know they have fake accounts too, but I’m still getting a taste.

This is my stance too. I will make an exception and like posts where my kids are tagged or if the post is a re-post highlighting one of their accomplishments (like sports or something). I’ve known some of these kids since they were in kindergarten so I am genuinely interested and genuinely proud of them. I never comment though. I save that for in person if I see them and it’s timely.
