I shoveled and we have nothing sticking to anything.

The sidewalks in my neighborhood are fully melted and the sunny parts are dry. I didn't shovel my sidewalk until 9 am this morning and there was a good layer of crusty ice i couldn't get, but it's gone now.

I predict (based on my bubble i haven't left today) they will open on time.

No way on time. Temps will be 5 with wind chills in the negatives. Obvious time for a 2 hour delay.

This. It's about the ice where some kids are walking. A 2 hour delay gives time to see if they can get all buses started too.
