Small bit of ice cream - think the little rolled serving spoon thumb they give you at a fancy restaurant portion size.
Each of these is about 100 calories.
When I need to put my actual real weighty life problems into perspective, I visit Diet and Exercise to witness crazy. This did not disappoint.
