Me too! I used to love Emily Henderson but all she does now is hawk everything under the sun and her focus turned to collecting material goods. I started to follow one young woman redoing her kitchen. She had this impressive set up of construction equipment and tools. But then every 15 minutes of video she’d break into a sales pitch for some cheesy makeup brush that had nothing to do at all with DIY, remodeling or construction. It was bizarre!

I do remember the early 2010s heyday of blogs. They were just amazing.
