Much of that area of Willowsford is now sending elementary kids to one school for K-2nd and an adjacent school for 3rd-5th. And both are pretty much brand new schools.
All of those you mentioned have much smaller lots. Ashburn Farm has an absolutely insane HOA. Drive through the road Mill Run ES is on in Broadlands and turn down some of the courts. They've shoved houses in the weirdest ways on top of one another.
