No one knows for sure what the end salary will be. It's all guessing. Just like most people are guessing what their colleagues make. If there is a job post that is definitely helpful. But still a range. Your post is definitely not helpful in any way. Why do YOU respond??

I wanted to send a note today to inform you all that we have concluded our search for a new Academy Director, and we have appointed Kevin Flanagan. Kevin has been an Academy Director and involved in player development for 20 years, and is someone I have worked with in the past. I am very excited about adding him to the DCU family.
