Same though there was SO much to see and do in South Africa! I half planned a trip to Mozambique but was just having too much fun in SA that I never went.

Try to go back and do it. Not a huge world travel, but my friend told me about Cappadocia and it was unreal. So interesting and memorable. And the hot air balloon is the cherry on top. Not sure where else you could do anything quite like that.
I'm the Topkapi person above. We did go to Cappadocia although that was before the balloons were common. We got to bath in the white terraces at Pamukkale though, which is banned now.
