Ivermectin didn’t do anything for me. Rofade is good for redness.

I've done IPL and VBeam and had far better results with VBeam.

What you probably need to do is kill the SIBO causing the rosacea.

“Our study observed SIBO in 46% of patients with rosacea with improvement after rifaximin.

SIBO may trigger rosacea by increasing circulating cytokines, especially tumor necrosis factor-alpha.2 Recently, we completed the study with a 3-year follow-up to investigate the role of SIBO in rosacea.”

Pulsed Dye Laser is the absolute best thing I ever did for my rosacea. My cosmetic derm did 2 initial treatments a few years ago now I go back once a year for a maintenance treatment and I literally threw out all the stuff I had been prescribed for rosacea.

I had done a bajillion IPL/BBL (same thing) treatments before this and it never seemed to do a whole lot. It was fine for brown spots but not great for rosacea.

Have you tried Ivermectin cream? To treat Rosacea itself, not the capillaries.

Currently use Wegovy and still consume cheese..

Now what Wegovy tells my brain -- no alcohol

i wonder if there are certain foods one doesn't eat on wegovy (dairy comes to mind)

??

Dairy isn’t forbidden on Wegovy whatsoever?

I know, but as someone who is on Wegovy (I haven't noticed any differences, but I am just starting it) who is transitiioning from Saxenda (which killed me with it's side effects) I know that certain foods just seemed plain intolerable to me, esp heavy ones
