If you have wavy/curly hair, do you sleep with a bonnet on? Is this a year round issue? The heat running is making everything really dry.

OP here. I tried washing with Hair Story last night. Even after a morning walk, it looks somewhat decent. Better than it’s been anyway!

I received a handful samples of the wash from my hair stylist, so will give them a go over the next couple of weeks. Anyone use it on a regular basis? Any experience with their Balm?

3b here. I like the briogeo don’t despair, repair conditioner about once an week and ouidad climate control conditioner on normal wash days. I wash my hair every other day.

Not necessarily. These are bonding which focus on the protein in the hair which OP probably doesn’t need, she more likely needs intense moisture.

I haven't figured this out. Olaplex makes it worse for me. Leave in conditioner spray (Aveda) helps a bit, but weighs it down and it feels dirty within a day or so when I use it.

OP here. I’m also in menopause. I guess that’s also impacting things as it’s never been this dry. I only have a handful of grey strands, but everything is just so dry. Thanks for the Aveda leave-in mention. I may try that and see how my hair likes it. Their products don’t irritate my skin like many others do.
