My husband's boss gave us a crystal bowl from Tiffany for our wedding. It was not something I would have ever chosen but it turns out I use it all the time. It's one of the few really nice table items we own-- everything we registered for was more practical.

I have gotten employees gift cards to a restaurant and sometimes a nice Picture frame
