They certainly are NOT buying them from gun dealers in Virginia. A DC resident cannot just hop across the Potomac and stroll into a gun shop in Arlington and buy a gun and take it with them.

They certainly are NOT buying them from gun dealers in Virginia. A DC resident cannot just hop across the Potomac and stroll into a gun shop in Arlington and buy a gun and take it with them.
