Vinegar in a cotton ball covered by a bandage every night. I forget for how long.

I had good results with a tea tree oil lotion and filing down the nail.

Fungus likes sugar, I believe. I'd also reduce my sugar intake if it's high because it might support what the oral meds do.

I used Rx pills (don’t remember which one) but I had to use them (monitored by doc) for much longer than the initial course.
