Uy pre-made pizza dough, roll it out, add your favorite meats and some veggies and sauce (red sauce, Alfredo, garlic), wrap it up and bake. Delicious!

You can also fry a little thinly sliced meat without oil then add 1-2 beaten eggs (or more) to the pan to have a spicy scrambled egg. Excellent with plain toast.

Salad with thinly chopped romaine, some of your sliced meats and cheeses, chick peas, hearts of palm artichokes, pickled red onion, red wine dijon vinaigerette, served with crusty bread and maybe soup.

Get a few pans of kings hawaiian rolls, take the whole top half off, layer with your meat and cheese, put the top half back on, and freeze. Easy sliders to brush with butter and pop in the oven this winter and serve with soup and/or salad. Add fig jam, dijon, caramelized onions, whatever your family likes.

We ended up doing a chopped italian sandwich, basically your first idea!

Thanks everyone!

Why are the raccoons in your trash?

And why are you in this thread to begin with? Your thought we needed your brilliant insight?

I was interested in the responses and then got distracted by the idea of someone feeding raccoons via their trash can.

Same. And then I’d likely use it for a great toasted Italian sub on a snowy cold miserable day.
