My favorite way is the way my mom makes it: with the little individual trays that heat up, loaded with diced sautees potatoes, charcuterie slice and raclette cheese.

Whole Foods has pre-sliced raclette cheese. You definitely need a bowl of boiled new potatoes and sausages! We slice the sausages for faster grilling.
