yeah but those kids will play 2013s next year. So record is inflated and they aren’t a team. Random kids showing up mid season to random games and taking away playing time from others. So you're saying they would be consistently better if their 2014's just played with the 2014's all the time and not just some of the time?

They play in either the top or second bracket in the tournament, not the lower levels for their winning record.

probably never, because they NEVER played against each other until recently. Potomac historically played NCSL until last year when they switched to EDP.
Plus rumor is the coach goes around watching other teams play so know exactly who to cover and etc. intense for 10 year old soccer in my opinion.
