All my DS wears are sweats, white t-shirts, and zip up hoodies.

When my 17 yr old dresses up for parties she wears clothes I bought in my late 20s/ early 30s in the 90s. They fit her perfectly, I'm so glad I kept them. They were expensive then, too.

Yes. At least my Sr Churchill son. Same for all except for the ones who wear pajama bottoms which I think is the worst.

I think the sweats/PJs are particularly popular in the cold of winter (but perhaps not the first week after break since kids might want to show of new gifts).

When weather gets a bit nicer and first semester finals/stress are over, they're more likely to be fashion-inspired.

This is mine but she also sometimes wear jeans — wide legged or flare, mid rise or low rise, light wash or grey. And some of the sweaters are not cropped but longer like I wore in the 80s, oversized. American Eagle, urban outfitters, Uniqlo type stuff.

Not just LIKE you wore in the 80s. The actual ones! Stores like Urban Outfitters are literally buying/reclaiming old 80s sweaters and selling them for $80 a pop.
