Actually, it is not clear. It doesn’t state when the schools will get them. It only says you receive them a week after the school does.

Yes, it is wrong.

They were using incorrect punctuation, not to correct grammar, but to correct a misspelling or incorrect word choice.

And they were doing it while insulting another PP and that PP’s child. A double offense.
