Op here - argh she does this too!!!! She’s also obviously on ozempic and has lost 60 pounds this last year, after being obese ever since I met her, and has Botox and lip filler and lash extensions but talks away about how she is “naturally” a former model. It’s kind of amazing. I must just bask in the glow of her glory I guess. Nothing would help and I can’t say anything snarky so a nice mmmmmm it is.

I started calling out someone in this manner. It was odd. She would sometimes laugh at herself, admitting she had exaggerated; usually just ignored me. But, one time I got pretty angry about something she said and I spoke very sharply and she pretty much stopped talking to me. Yay!

I would say nothing - literally just let her speak into the void. She either wants an argument or she's at the point where she's lost her filter/is just talking to talk.

For every issue she advises she hasn’t experienced ….
