It appears to me that they tried to get a lot more teams from outside va/md then they used to. Seems to be way fewer local rl teams then in the past

Is it still a committee that selects teams? What is criteria? I see a lot of local teams that usually play in Jeff Cup not there at all.

VDA, NCFC and Richmond not in the top bracket for U14 is suprising. No NCFC and NVA for U13 is interesting also.
