This!! Ivy League ceos are actually not that common. Look up the bios of executives at fortune 500s (esp the non tech ones) and you’ll see plenty of state and no name colleges. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the business world it’s that your college does not matter and it’s your ability to problem solve and communicate with others and actually get stuff down that gets you promoted.
