That has no bearing on quality. We have had wyzant tutors who were completely unqualified to teach and got math equations incorrect, or tried to teach an outmoded form of Algebra etc. But we've also had PR tutors who have been trained by PR and as a result of working with them my kids have maintained A grades and in the AP exams, straight 5's.
