Legally, no. Colloquially, yes. You’re crossing boundaries and behaving obsessively and intrusively. His wife and kid? That is WAY over any acceptable line. You need to stop. It wouldn’t be the worst idea to get therapy and figure out what is missing/wrong in your life that you feel the need to behave this way. There’s a healthy way to work on whatever that is.
