+1 Not all asthma can be well controlled despite inhalers and medication.

This, plus at least for my kid, the inhalers open his lungs up enough that the junk starts moving around in his lungs and his cough sounds worse. When he's the sickest, his lungs are closed down tight and he doesn't cough much, or have audible wheezing.

I am so glad it freezes at night. The leaf mold was requiring me go mask up for walks despite rescue inhaler beforehand.

Seems not out of the norm. Sibling was swimming and she was too young to be left at home. She likely wasnt contagious, but even if she was, that's life. I sat near two grown adults hacking on the metro today. They did try to cover their coughs, but in close proximity for extended time, how much would that really help? You say she was coughing non stop so do you expect her to keep her hands over her mouth non stop?

I would have been pissed. I get that coughs linger, but I still wouldn't bring my child. Goldfish offers makeup lessons, too, so it's not like you're losing money.
