I’m so tired of the blind arrogance asserting that “5 days a week will never happen” when we all saw this coming and now it’s been an arbitrary 5-day order completely and deliberately ignorant of the feasibility or justification.

There have been a few updates to the training requirements within the FAC realm. I think the 24 credit hours still stands, but the training involves different levels and an exam, plus 100 CLPs, up from 80. Really, the older system worked just fine. The problem is recruiting and retention. Once people leave, they usually don’t come back and all that knowledge goes with them,

I work with a lot of 1102s and I can’t think of a single one who is a veteran.

But there is an education requirement. I can’t remember the details but a business degree is required for certain grade levels. And I believe at minimum 24 business credits?
