There’s a video in this link, but I found the one on Instagram to be more helpful.
This does look fun! May try for Christmas. Not a huge fan of pecan, might sub in something else for that quadrant. I watched the video and thought there would be a small amount of crust separating each quadrant, but there wasn't. Did they stay separated pretty well?

New to me I made
Savory appetizer cheesecake. It was okay but I prefer my cheeseball and it’s a lot easier so I’m going back to that. People were taking slices of it to home when packing up and it got compliments.
Pineapple casserole. Hit. Would make again.
Challah stuffing by smitten kitchen. Hit. Would make again.
Cranberry salsa. I got the recipe from another poster on here. It was so good and definitely going on the repeat list.

Butterscotch pie. Did not have a small enough pan to caramelize the sugar so it didn’t have a very strong butterscotch flavor. Would not make again unless I get a smaller pot. Recipe called for a medium pot but it was too big.
I'm going to look into the challah stuffing for next time!
Made a corn casserole that was a hit and involved mixing cornbread mix with regular corn and cream corn. Cranberry jello salad was another hit -- added a lot of mandarin oranges and grapes.
Didn't make the sweet potato casserole this year, and some people did miss it.
. Used white turnips for mashed turnips, and the same person missing the sweet potato casserole said they were "spicy."

I made a spicy corn that my DS loved. I just diced fresh jalapeños and red onion and sauteed them, then added a bag of frozen corn and turned the heat up, and a dash of chipotle. Nice to have a lighter veggie option.
My cranberry sauce was also a hit. Two cups of cranberries, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup white sugar, half a stick of cinnamon, 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary and 3 cloves.
Nothing fancy, just good whole foods.

We have a different pineapple casserole..sweet. pineapple, bread, sugar eggs butter. It's an every year favorite for us. Cannot really imagine cheddar cheese..

The oven was full so I cooked sweet potatoes under pressure in the instant pot before turning them into a casserole, rather than roast them.
Also used the instant pot to boil the Yukon gold potatoes and then to keep the mashed potatoes warm.
Everything else was the same.
