While I don’t condone or understand their relationship, she supported him financially early on. They built this life together so there’s no way she’s going to give up being rich and living in luxury to go back to a working class existence.

I used to pull people up on this kind of thing too, and be rude and condescending about it. Then I read about the lives of a lot of posters in the off-topic / relationships forum and I felt ashamed of myself. There's a lot of very poorly educated and mis-treated people who post here. Be kind, hold back.

I do not judge any of these women. They don't have an easy life. They were in love once, I'm sure. There is shared history (the biggest reason people don't divorce). It's complicated.
