How are you preparing quiche made ahead?

Baking the pre-prepped custard in the morning?

Have you heard of a refrigerator?

You are "preparing" quiche in a refrigerator? How do you eat your refrigerator quiche. With a straw?

I store pre-prepped quiche custard in the refrigerator. I prepare it in an oven.

With the heat on or off?
I prepare a quiche on a counter. I heat it in an oven.

You are allowed to refrigerate a pre-cooked or uncooked quiche. There is no great mystery of how a quiche can be heated in the morning without preparing it from scratch.

I usually make a breakfast casserole that I can pop in the oven in the morning, and lots of fresh fruit.

My plan was to bake them tomorrow AM (before the turkey etc.) and reheat in the oven Friday AM, but I think now the plan is for DH to do a bagel run instead. We also have fruit/yogurt/cereal/eggs around so people are welcome to any of that if they'd rather.

Not pp, but if I wanted to serve quiche, I’d buy a precooked quiche at the grocery store and just heat it up.

Nothing. My guests are my college aged kids. When they wake up around noon they can make whatever they want.
