And yes, you do need to check allergy labels frequently. Ingredients can change over time, particularly as companies look to lower costs. And the ingredients are sometimes different for seasonal food items compared to the regular brand items. I follow various food allergy blogs and Facebook groups and am very careful.

OP, yes, Loss prevention follows people around this time of the year especially if you are in the store too long. No big deal. Just turn around and ask them if they are following you and they will leave you alone. Or call a team member and tell them there are these people following you and they will stop. Obviously if you were a thief you would not bring attention to yourself by confrontation.
