+1. OP likely another troll. The thought of paying for some sort of review is so ridiculous.

Why? I don’t think it’s ridiculous. We also want another set of eyes, especially if it’s a ED rejection.

Full pay is a big investment. $4k isn’t much if it’s actually a good helpful review and help with the RD process?

What am I missing?

$4,000

Who can provide a full application review (including. Comments) post ED for less? Sign me up.

What is a full app review needed for as it relates to a LOCI?

No it’s at end of January. And you submit your paragraph shortly thereafter. But definitely by mid February.

Seems ridiculous. In any case our school requires all apps in by Dec 18, so kids only have three days to get it done anyway. And that is midterm/finals week too. Yea.

And? It isn’t like the $4k pays for the letter to be written for your kid. So the midterm/finals and only 3 days arguments are meaningless.

the LOCI should be highlighting achievements since the application was submitted...any new awards, robotics tournament wins, etc.

They already know the school is the top choice given you ED'd there.

But if you want to give someone $4k to "help" with a LOCI letter, I mean, a fool and their money...

At private T30, it’s absolutely necessary.
And Michigan.

Why do you say this? Are you an admissions counselor? Is it all andecdotal?

Michigan AO FB parents page.
And our private counselor told us - along with school’s CCO.
MI has a different process. Not LOCI but a paragraph submitted into portal.

Your DC should write a sincere letter, themselves.
