Two pans is only enough if these are largely people with small appetites or you’re serving appetizers and dessert also, with snacks later in the evening for young people with larger appetites. If you want to serve only lasagna, salad and bread, and then close the kitchen for the evening, you need more lasagna.

If it’s all veggie you will need more, not less. Can you add a crockpot of frozen meatballs in sauce and serve two large pans plus salad and bread? 20 adults can eat a lot.

4 pans - no less

I would do two 9x13, a big salad, 3 loaves of bread, and some chicken or something if the lasagna doesn’t have meat. 15 people is a lot.

At least 3 one veggie

I would make at least three pans to be safe. Two pans means no seconds. You can always freeze leftovers.

At least 6 pans. Especially for that age.

Suspicious it’s two premade pans from a store

OP, I cook for a crowd on most holidays. One lasagna pan will feed about 8 people. Since it's the focus of the meal, I would not skimp on the serving side. I would recommend at least 2 of the 9x13 pans. That will give you 16 nice-sized servings. If you know that 80yo grandma will only take a half piece and 20yo Junior is an Offensive lineman for University of Georgia and will eat 3, adjust accordingly. IMO, I would make a small 8x8 pan (I always call it a brownie pan) to have in case people want seconds. Leftover lasagna freezes well.

ONE pan for 15?! There's no way that will be enough unless you feed everyone a TINY sliver and no one can go back for second. Tacky. At least two pans.
