Power yoga is not just breath work! I can easily burn 300-400 calories in a session (as a medium framed, average height female), and I also get a great stretch and stability work in. Don’t discount yoga!

I'd work with a trainer to learn how to do the moves correctly and find other moves that work for you. Maybe add in more stretching/yoga to your routine?

Yes, this. It seems you’re fine with the type of work outs you were doing but need to do it with an actual trainer who can correct posture to make sure you’re doing them correctly.

Swimming is a great exercise, you could combine it with yoga. Walking is gentle and could combine with strength training at the gym and yoga.

Do personal training twice a week, that’s all you need.
