Thinning out is generally due to stomach issues: IBS, acid reflux, loose stool, loss of taste etc

Thinning out is also linked to higher activity levels.

Hey relative! It’s the worse.

I inherited the enormous middle age boob genes, not the tiny bird genes. My elderly mom makes frowny faces at my body and says “well you didn’t get that from me.”

Thank god I didn’t get her dark shriveled heart, either!

My elderly mom was thin until she hit 80 and she’s plumped up quite a lot since then. She still walks and is as active as she can be but she’s significantly heavier than she ever was. For context she was a stewardess in the 1960’s when you had to be a stick and got out on remedial diets if you went over the approved weight.
