If the link posted a few times above doesn’t work, you can email support and they fix it for you. That is if you want to use the app.

it worked for me, but not my husband, so he emaled support and they fixed it within a few hours.


This link from a previous poster worked for me too. I had to activate the subscription on there.

it worked for me, but not my husband, so he emaled support and they fixed it within a few hours.

App used to work just fine. Now sucks. I deleted and will not use it. Says have 2 free accounts but make it near impossible to access. I will not reward them by paying $33 for a piece of … app.

my husband contacted them and they fixed it right away. no issues now.

Is not that hard. They just need the correct data so the system can function properly.

The app is terrible, it logs me out every time after closing it and says I need to go through associating it with my daughter again, send a new verification code to my wife and go through the same process.
