Ham and cheese inside Kings Hawaain rolls and baked in the oven at 350. You can use gourmet ham and cheese options if you're feeling fancy. Also works with turkey. I like to brush mine with melted butter and some seasonings.

Emiril’s breakfast casserole but I use reduced fat milk instead of half and half and don’t use as much cheese or sausage. But it’s still delicious.

These are a good idea too. Can be sweet or savory, everyone could even have their own if you have smaller pans to make them in and top with whatever they want

I’m another frozen croissant for Xmas morning gal! Easy to thaw overnight and bake up in the am.

A strata can be sweet or savory and the work is done the night before. If you want to get more labor intensive you could make bagels but buying them is good too. Or do breakfast tacos?

I usually prep a breakfast casserole with sausage, egg, spinach, and cheese as well as something sweet to pop into the oven in the morning - Dutch Baby or German pancake with apples or Kaiserschmarrn are house favourites.

We like making crepes. They're a bit labor intensive, but once you have some practice they can crank out pretty quickly since they only cook for a few seconds each. I don't find that they take any more time than an equivalent batch of pancakes, but feel more festive.

I set out both sweet fillings (fruit, berries, lemon curd, powdered sugar) and savory (sauteed spinach, mushrooms, whipped feta, sundried tomatoes, roasted bell peppers).
