He’s stopping foreign aid, which will impact many countries. I just hope people abroad can separate the current government from the American people. Go read a non-American newspaper. The world is aghast at what’s happening in the US.
Think about this in the reverse. I hate Russia's policies. I would never, ever be rude to a Russian person because of it much less injure them. You'll be fine.
