I have white cabinets, wood panel accents on the side of my base cabinets, wood butcher block bar, grey/white quartz counters and sage green backsplash.

I love the apple green. With touches of red and black elsewhere, the kitchen would have a retro feel. I agree that cabinet hardware in black might be too much.

I've had a similar look to #3 and #4. Installed 7 years ago. It still looks fresh and modern.

My tiles are 11-3/4 x 2". Even though I installed 7 years ago it is still a nice modern look.

My kitchen (from 7 years ago) is very similar to picture #4. One difference is my gray/green glass tiles are slightly bigger than what you have shown.
I've liked the slightly bigger tiles as there is less grout to clean behind the stove. We cook alot.
I'd lean towards a slightly bigger tile which will give you less grout and be more practical behind the stove.

My kitchen is pretty close to #4. I remodeled 7 years ago. My tiles are a gray/green glass tile and are a bit bigger than pictured.
I never tire of looking at my gray/green tile. It is easy on the eyes.
My hardware is brushed nickel but I do like the gold. I think the gold hardware is a bit more modern than the brushed nickel of 7 years ago.
My island is dark wood. No regrets. I like the practicality of a wood tone on the island. I originally planned on painted white for the island but at the last minute changed to dark wood.
If you have an island consider a wood tone. It is really practical when you have spills.

Than how it looks now which is like a meat counter in a provincial European supermarket or like an abattoir
