You can serve him through his attorney. That is what I did.

Troll post
Just give him the lawyer letter yourself and have his lawyer call yours within 5 biz days. Done.
Or leave it on the kitchen counter and email it was well. Cc the lawyers or have them email that digital copy.
Always good to have a digital paper trial to those juveniles who claim to “never gotten it!!!”

What? Just have him waive service and have the papers sent to his lawyer.

This is not amicable or they’d be doing it together and she’d tell him.

Does he walk the dog? Go food shopping? Honestly, serving him as he walks out of work and is in the parking lot is the best/easiest place. Keep in mind that while YOU and HE will know what he's being served with, nobody else will.
How amicable are you? Can you text him and say "I need to serve you with divorce papers. Can we meet in the living room (whatever room is by the front door) at 10am Saturday?" And then have the process server arrive then.

This is the answer for many. In my case I called her lawyer and told him I’d stop by his office to pick up the service. It wasn’t out of my way and saved any embarrassment of getting caught off guard someplace.
