I'm having leftovers. A "bean bake" I made following a Cooking the Books Youtube channel video recipe. It's bisquick, mixed with refried beens, salsa, and can of green chiles, topped with salsa and cheese and baked. Topped with sour cream, diced onion, and chopped tomato. It's good comfort food on a grey day like this.
Try this with cornbread batter. My kids love it.
