They will need a light at the parking lot entrance and no left turns. But there is a light just beyond it at the next intersection. ??? I hope they are thinking about it.

Thats because the rest of the stores are not anything someone would go to regularly aside from the library (imo). Maybe it will change!

The one in Travilah has a terrible parking lot too. I've been to TJ's in New Jersey that have awful parking lots. It seems to be a requirement to establish a TJ store that the parking lot must be maximally inaccessible and inconvenient.

I can imagine on a Saturday the whole N Washington St parking lot both levels will fill just from TJ. Maybe they figure with 2 others with better parking nearby, this one will only pull very local.

I am thinking how there is no traffic light out of the parking lot and they made N Washngton Street down to one lane (to accommodate bike lanes). Can not imagine what a zoo it would be.
