Lots of in house options. Trades are also an option.
I posted earlier in the thread and it seems like from when I was at a firm that most capital markets deal work was outsourced to the firm with in house counsel primarily assisting with gathering due diligence materials. I have worked with in house counsel on proxy statements and I assume someone in house manages their trading plans and possibly their Reg FD program although maybe that is a compliance person, unsure of that.
