No, it's not.
Although it's true that every large-enough development has affordable housing, because that's the county requirement: for any new development in Montgomery County with 20 or more units, 12.5-15% of those units must be Moderately Priced Dwelling Units (MPDUs).

And one more thing: this is why we always need more affordable housing. Every development is supposed to be affordable, but it's not, so then we're told the next development will bring affordable housing, but it doesn't. And this cycle continues endlessly.

Had we invested the money we saved over buying, we would have had half a million to put down after 11-13 years living in apartment.
These 3 bedrooms, and most of the 2 bedrooms, are also bigger than my house. A lot of them are in the range of 1600-2000 sq ft.

If it works like other apartment buildings with affordable units, then the website you linked to is only listing the unrestricted (market-rate) units. It's not listing the income-restricted (affordable) units.
"Ravel and Royale" is a dumb name, in my opinion - apparently the Ravel is the composer Ravel, not the ravel in unravel - but not any dumber than Amalyn, for example, or a gazillion other dumb development names.
It's next to Strathmore, PP. Come on. MD is one of the most highly educated states in the nation.
If the people are so highly educated, why do they have to live in affordable housing?
I recommend a class that covers data and statistics, such as AP Statistics or IB Mathematics: Applications and Interpretations.
Is a good alternative knowledge of mathematical statistics and discrete mathematics?
