Until that is fixed the application will remain unusable no matter what.
Well I agree that's a problem but some teachers do not want to deal with Synergy because it's so badly implemented by MCPS. They have to manually sync and sometimes thta sync doesn't work so it takes up a lot of their time waiting for it to work or troubleshooting. I do think teachers need to be more on top of their grades but we could help them do that by fixing the tech issues which should be easily doable. Every online company manages to have a simple functioning system. Why can't MCPS?
Btw, they should have a way of letting teachesr enter AT v PP in Canvas. It stinks they can't do that by default and have to use shorthand in the titles. It's confusing for the students, parents and teachers. Get your act together MCPS!
I'm the pp you are responding to. You have identified the more meaningful problem with ParentVue which is not what Parents think of it but what teachers think of it, as they are the primary end user.
DP. I would say teachers are the primary end users of Synergy, but parents are the primary end users of ParentVue. Both perspectives are meaningful.

Or until administrators understand themselves what they are even asking. Really some do not understand it.

I want to see every assignment and comments/grades. You are a lazy parent.
