Thank you all. They are offering a bonus but again, I would have to use my own money for gift purchase. Food item it is.

Can’t you shift this on to your employer?
Like take them to lunch and expense it?

Company/org should give a bonus, supervisor takes staff/team out to lunch. Nothing else should be expected - you work for a paycheck, not a gift from your boss

What are the names of the Hawaiian cookies? Any other unique chocolate boxed gifts I can order online? I’m in a similar situation as OP.

If our company no longer celebrates Christmas (no holiday party), then are we obligated to buy gifts for our team? Seems unfair: the company says it’s offensive, so they are off the hook yet supervisors are still on the hook?

Even the most basic fruit basket, box of chocolates, etc. is quite costly when you add in the shipping.

I’m curious if people have suggestions for something $50 or less (including shipping) that people actually enjoy?

We can’t do wine/alcohol. People are a mix of ages, genders, interests, etc.

Costco used to have more affordable gift baskets but I have no idea how they are priced now. Every gift basket I've gotten I appreciated but they are a waste of money. There is so much packaging and very little product. Someone started sending us some cookies from Hawaii and they were wonderful. I'd never spend the money on them but we all loved them.

Yes, I’ve had the cookies from Hawaii and they were good. But they are crazy expensive when you add tax and shipping.
