OP, at some point, it just isn’t possible. I wouldn’t worry about it (they grow so fast… my oldest could now carry me).

She's in third grade! I carry her upstairs to her bed at night. I carry her downstairs in the morning for breakfast. When she's tired I carry her from the car to her bed. I do a lot of burpees and lift
Does she have mobility issues? I can’t imagine doing this on a regular basis. Occasionally carrying from car to bed during a late night trip home… absolutely
