Ozempic is an amazing life changing medicine for many people and there is absolutely nothing wrong with using that. But it is a lifelong medicine and shouldn't be the first thing you try. Try cutting calories first.
Oh man, the calculator is helpful for calories but it says that according to the formulas my ideal weight is between 105-120, with the specific recommendations being either 105 or 112. I haven't weighed 105 since before puberty! I have been 112 in my teens and 20s when I was seriously restricting food and running a lot, but in general I have to work really hard to maintain a weight under 120. That's intense.
